NTUC Learning Hub is the largest continuing education center in Singapore and has a mission to “be the leader in continuing education and training by providing learning that transforms employability and creates a better life for working people” of all ages and nationalities. The hub offers more than 700 courses, including generic employability and soft skills, trade and industry skills, infocomm technology skills, and executive education and professional development skills. It also offers 60 courses in Information Technology including in desktop applications, programming, and networking. Courses are available in English and Mandarin.
