To date the Academy has trained more than 190 staff from SME business enablers such as trade and entrepreneur associations, education institutions, business development service providers, private organizations and government agencies supporting SME development in Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Our trained facilitators can help you get the most out of the Academy. We encourage our facilitators to know the platform, as well as to understand the benefit of all the features in the Academy.
Our facilitators are connected through a Brain Trust Network to share and exchange their expertise and experience at the operational level. If you are having trouble accessing the Academy or if you want to train a group of SMEs in how to use the Academy, you can request support from our facilitators.
