Founded in late 2012, the Diversity Task Force (DTF) was set up by the then Minister of State, Ministry of Social and Family Development, to examine the state of gender diversity on boards in Singapore, as well as its impact on corporate performance and governance. The DTF is comprised of industry leaders from the private and people sectors. In April 2014, the DTF launched its report, “Gender Diversity on Boards: A Business Imperative.”
