Launched in 2010, the LEAP program provides financing to businesses in order to help them develop technology-related products and applications with commercial and export potential. Eligible applicants must have a qualified project team with a firm business plan and can be SMEs, students, or researchers. Businesses are eligible for up to B$150,000 (USD$111,000).
