They are loans for promotion and support of SMEs legally operating in different industries such as: trading, service, manufacturing, good production, etc. In addition, this group of customers normally has regular cash flows, capital contribution and security/collateral. The repayments of principal amount of normal credit/loan facilities are using made by installments based on cash flows, while the repayments of the revolving credit facility can be made as many times as you like and you can also disburse the loan again and again as long as the usage of loan is for right purpose. It operates the same as an overdraft facility.

Finance Enterprise Development Agency

SIYB is a network of clubs centered on business training. Members pay USD $50 per year for discounts on business development seminars including in finance, taxation, and pricing. Members also have opportunities to participate in international trade fairs.Housed in the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI), the Enterprise Development Agency has three main functions: 1. Business registration processes; 2. SME development support; and 3. Reforming State-Owned Enterprises. The Agency also runs technical assistance centers in Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Danang. These centers provide training, consulting, networking opportunities, and information to business owners.

Ho Chi Minh City Young Business Association (YBA)

YBA’s mission is to support business skills development of young people and contribute to Viet Nam’s economic development, in particular through supporting young people to engage with global markets. Specific services for members include a website, a newsletter, legal archives, workshops, and seminars on topics such as intellectual property, the new enterprise law, trade promotion, exposure visits to successful businesses, and networking. YBA has almost 600 members, all business owners or senior managers of businesses.

Cambodia’s Ministry of Women’s Affairs (MoWA) was created to facilitate gender mainstreaming across the government and to inspire private sector initiatives that promote gender equality. In 2013, the MoWA unveiled its Millennium Development Goal (MDG) Acceleration Framework for Promoting Women’s Economic Empowerment, underscoring its belief that women’s economic empowerment is a policy issue inextricable from key MDGs in poverty reduction, health, and education.

Better Factories Cambodia

Better Factories Cambodia monitors working conditions, notably health concerns, safety, and overtime work. This work inspired legislation in 2010 that increased the country’s minimum wage to $100 per month plus $5 for healthcare benefits.

Micro Finance JWOC

JWOC has been able to successfully disburse over 430 microfinance loans to borrowers in the Siem Reap community. Our repayment rates were approximately 86% in 2008, 95% in 2009 and 98% in 2010. We have four regular loan cycles every year.
