Five Talents

Five Talents is a faith-based organization that works in developing economies to create savings and microcredit programs as well as business training opportunities. In Indonesia, the organization has partnered with the Gerhati Foundation and All Saints Church in Jakarta to establish a microloan program. Loans range from $53-$535. Business trainings focus on micro-enterprise development, marketing, money management, well-being, among other topics. In 2013, the program had 3,692 members and distributed $2,382 loans.

Bank Danamon

In December 2014, Bank Danamon and IFC signed an MOU to provide IFC consultation services to the bank’s micro-banking line of business to expand Indonesia’s agriculture business segment. This three-year project targets mostly farmers and agri-product traders. Its goal is to disburse $4.5 million in loans to 2,5000 micro-banking customers across 3 areas in Java.

PT Bank International Indonesia (BII)

As one of the largest banks in Indonesia, BII provides a range of financial services, including phone banking, internet banking and mobile banking channels. In cooperation with the Global Banking Alliance for Women, BII is the first bank in Indonesia to offer a savings product specifically for women. Launched in 2009 and supported by the IFC, the service provides favorable lending terms, including no monthly administration fee, bill payment services, and insurance protection.

BEDO together with Internship Bali is now helping and supporting BEDO members to find the perfect intern for their business activity’s success: accounting, design, marketing, communication etc…! You don’t need to worry about sponsoring or immigration procedure, we will take care of all the administrative aspects including the accommodation. The internships are unpaid but if you are satisfied with the intern, you are more than welcome to provide them with a little participation (petrol, transport, lunch…)

Score Micro Program BEDO

SCORE micro program by BEDO. The program is an adaptation from the ILO SCORE program dedicated to small business with fewer workers. These programs will address for efficiency of the production, 7 reducing waste, 5 S, corporate governance, human resources management and safety Different from the general SCORE program which runs for about 4 months, SCORE Micro program is run gradually for 1 year, to be explored be better for the small entrepreneurs. These programs run by BEDO & BEDO members who have followed ILO SCORE program to other members BEDO with voluntary. These accordance with the principle of BEDO, SHARING.

Export Coaching Program BEDO

Export Coaching Program by BEDO. To help aspiring exporters to export to the European market or to improve their export position, CBI has developed in cooperation with BEDO a very practical and subsidized Export Coaching Program for ‘Home Decoration’ & ‘Home Textiles’. The program of 3 years is run by independent consultants whose extensive knowledge and networks throughout Europe guarantee high quality, specialized and up to date content.
