NTUC Learning Hub is the largest continuing education center in Singapore and has a mission to “be the leader in continuing education and training by providing learning that transforms employability and creates a better life for working people” of all ages and nationalities. The hub offers more than 700 courses, including generic employability and soft skills, trade and industry skills, infocomm technology skills, and executive education and professional development skills. It also offers 60 courses in Information Technology including in desktop applications, programming, and networking. Courses are available in English and Mandarin.

Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) Financial Assistance by Enterprise Singapore
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will receive an international boost with the Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) grant to help take your business overseas.
Eligible SMEs will receive the following support:
- Up to 70% of eligible costs that covers:
- Maximum of two applications per fiscal year, starting 1 April and ending 31 March the following year
- Limited to one activity (e.g. market entry, or participation in a trade fair) per application
OCBC Bank Loans
OCBC Bank offers OCBC Business First Loans to new businesses. These are collateral-free loans under the government-assisted SPRING Singapore-backed Micro Loan Programme. The aim of the loan program is to help startup businesses, as young as 6 months, obtain capital of up to $100,000. Eligible businesses are those who have been registered and operating in Singapore for less than 3 years, are at least 30% owned by a Singaporean, have no more than 10 employees or an annual turnover under 1 million SGD (735,0000 USD), and have at least one guarantor who is Singaporean.
MoneySENSE
This is a national financial education program launched in 2003 to equip Singaporeans with the basic knowledge and capabilities to perform key financial activities in a prudent way. The training programs cover crucial skills like basic money management, financial planning, and investment know-how. These skills are also helpful for the aspiring entrepreneur.

Secret {W} Business
Secret {W} Business was established in Singapore in 2012 with local chapters having opened since in Bali, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta. The group aims support women entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, innovators, and change-makers across the Asia Pacific. This takes place through networking across the Asia-Pacific, workshops, “mastermind sessions,” and skills sharing.
Women’s Register Initiative by SCWO
Run by the Singapore Council of Women’s Organizations and established in 2005, the Women’s Register was launched by the Minister of State for Community Development, Youth and Sports in order to inspire, educate, and harness the power of women. As such, the Women Register provides networking, education, mentorship and inspiration for women 18 years and older. The two primary programs under the Register are mentorship and internship opportunities.
The Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO)
SCWO is an umbrella body that unites 57 member organizations representing more than 500,000 women in Singapore.
