eBunda is a portal for women that provides access to e-learning opportunities to build awareness on issues such as health, environment, business and finance, career, education, and affirmative action. Sponsored by BAG Networks, a technology company, the portal largely aims to target women who have taken a break from their careers to have children to support their continued learning. eBunda has worked with both Microsoft and Ikhlas to develop e-learning tools on the website. The Microsoft Digital Literacy Program provides basic, standard, and advanced information on IT and provides a “digital literacy” certification. eBunda also runs the eBunda Café which is a radio chatshow broadcast in partnership with the University of Brunei Darussalam’s radio station.

Launched in 2000 and based in Bandar Seri Begawan, the Young Entrepreneurs Association Brunei (YEAB) is a non-profit organization targeting entrepreneurs under 40 years of age. Members must be a founder, co-founder, owner, partner, major shareholder or holding a management position in a corporation or firm registered in Brunei.
