Survei Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) ASEAN, yang dilakukan oleh proyek ASEAN-USAID IGNITE pada November 2022, mengindikasikan operasi bisnis sebagai tantangan kedua yang paling mendesak. Contoh tantangannya antara lain: mengembangkan bisnis/layanan baru, menciptakan strategi bisnis baru, terjun ke pemasaran dan penjualan online, mengembangkan keterampilan karyawan, dan mengotomatisasi operasi bisnis. Dalam kursus Menyiapkan Bisnis Anda di Masa Depan, UMKM ASEAN akan didukung dalam memanfaatkan kekuatan media sosial dan alat digital lainnya.
