Ikuti kursus Mengubah Kerangka Berpikir dan Tim ini, yang dirancang oleh Badan Pembangunan Internasional Amerika Serikat (U.S. Agency for International Development – USAID) dengan dukungan dari Badan ASEAN untuk Urusan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (ASEAN Coordinating Committee on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises – ACCMSME) dan Dewan Bisnis Amerika Serikat (AS)-ASEAN (US-ASEAN Business Council – US-ABC) untuk mempelajari tentang pengelolaan pola pikir dan tim bisnis di abad ke-21 guna meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan daya tahan untuk meningkatkan hasil. Kursus ini dibuat berdasarkan modul pembelajaran yang mudah diikuti dan dapat Anda pelajari sesuai dengan waktu yang Anda miliki. Modul-modul tersebut dilengkapi dengan berbagai aktivitas pembelajaran termasuk video mikro,  webinar yang telah direkam sebelumnya, dan pelajaran interaktif.

Sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu aspek yang paling penting untuk diperhatikan dalam menjalankan bisnis. Ketika pandemi COVID-19 melanda, hal ini mempengaruhi bisnis dalam banyak hal termasuk motivasi karyawan, serta sistem dan budaya bisnis. Sebuah survei elektronik yang diedarkan oleh proyek ASEAN-USAID IGNITE pada November 2022 menunjukkan bahwa bekerja dari jarak jauh merupakan tantangan sumber daya manusia yang paling banyak dilaporkan dialami oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di ASEAN. Mengubah Kerangka Berpikir dan Tim menjabarkan kompetensi dan pengetahuan dasar bagi UMKM ASEAN untuk unggul dalam ekonomi global dan menyamakan kedudukan dengan perusahaan-perusahaan besar.

Salah satu tantangan terbesar yang dihadapi oleh UMKM ASEAN terletak pada aspek sumber daya manusia karena adanya perubahan budaya kerja yang berdampak pada motivasi, keterlibatan, dan kinerja tim. Pertanyaannya adalah bagaimana mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM ASEAN dalam aspek sumber daya manusia untuk kelangsungannya selama masa disrupsi. Dengan Kursus Mengubah Kerangka Berpikir dan Tim, para peserta akan mendapatkan pengalaman dalam membangun rencana keberlangsungan bisnis, membangun budaya digital native dalam bisnis, dan mempersiapkan tim untuk lingkungan pengelolaan digital yang memungkinkan usaha kecil dan menengah untuk menghadapi tantangan yang timbul dari perubahan.

Tham gia khóa học Chuyển đổi Tư duy và Đội nhóm do Cơ quan Phát triển Quốc tế Hoa Kỳ (U.S. Agency for International Development – USAID) xây dựng với sự hỗ trợ của Ủy ban Điều phối ASEAN về Doanh nghiệp Siêu nhỏ, Nhỏ và Vừa (ASEAN Coordinating Committee on Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises – ACCMSME) và Hội đồng Kinh doanh Hoa Kỳ-ASEAN để tìm hiểu về cách quản lý tư duy và đội ngũ kinh doanh trong thế kỷ 21 để cải thiện tính linh hoạt và độ bền nhằm nâng cao kết quả hoạt động. Khóa học được xây dựng dựa trên các mô-đun học tập dễ thực hiện mà bạn có thể hoàn thành theo tốc độ học của riêng mình. Các mô-đun đi kèm với các hoạt động học tập khác nhau bao gồm video ngắn, hội thảo chuyên đề trực tuyến được ghi trước và các bài học tương tác.

Nguồn nhân lực là một trong những khía cạnh quan trọng nhất cần tập trung vkhi điều hành một doanh nghiệp. Khi đại dịch COVID-19 xảy ra, nó đã ảnh hưởng đến các doanh nghiệp theo nhiều cách, bao gồm cả động lực phấn đấu của nhân viên cũng như hệ thống và văn hóa kinh doanh. Transforming Mindsets and Teams

Join this Transforming Mindsets and Teams course developed by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) with support from the ASEAN Coordinating Committee on Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (ACCMSME) and the US-ASEAN Business Council to learn about managing business mindsets and teams in the 21st century to improve flexibility and durability to enhance outcomes. The course is built on easy-to-follow learning modules that you can go through at your own pace. The modules come with various learning activities including micro-videos, pre-recorded webinars, and interactive lessons.

Human resources is one of the most crucial aspects to focus on in running a business. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, it affected businesses in so many ways including their employees’ motivation, as well as business systems and cultures. An e-survey circulated by the ASEAN-USAID IGNITE project in November 2022 showed that working remotely was the highest reported human resource challenge businesses experienced by ASEAN Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)s. Transforming Mindsets and Teams lays out basic competence and knowledge for ASEAN MSMEs to triumph in a global economy and level the playing field with larger companies.

One of the biggest challenges faced by the ASEAN MSMEs falls on the human resource aspect due to changes in a working culture that impacts teams’ motivation, engagement, and performance. The question will be how to drive ASEAN MSMEs’ growth in human resource aspects for their continuity during disruptions. With the Transforming Mindsets and Teams Course, learners will experience building business continuity plans, building digital native culture in the business, and preparing teams for a digital managing environment that enables small and medium enterprises to deal with the challenges arising from change.

The course also sets the parameters of the Inclusive Business’ target groups and how they are involved in the value chain. Overall, the intro course makes the case for inclusive business and highlights IB’s positive impact on the SDGs.
